feat(bb_sink_http): expose esp-tls error + net.http health sub-block (B1-363) (#569)

- add tls_error_code to bb_http_client_result_t (diagnostic/log-only); host mock carries it via session_set_mock_tls_error_code
- add bb_sink_http_health_t + bb_sink_http_get_health(); track connected/consec_failures/tls_fail/last_status under a mutex; classify + log mbedtls errors on transport failure
- move bb_tls to REQUIRES in bb_sink_http CMakeLists (public header now includes bb_tls.h)
- add nested net.http object to /api/health: connected, consec_failures, tls_fail, last_status
- wire bb_sink_http_get_health into the net_health evaluator + initial snapshot; extend k_net_schema
- tls_error_code stays inside bb_http_client/bb_sink_http; never forwarded to net.health or JSON
- set tls_error_code in espidf impl (bb_http_client_session_post perform-failure path via esp_http_client_get_and_clear_last_tls_error; zero on all other paths)
