refactor(web): rename waitFor prop to awaitFreshQueries

The progress prop named waitFor collided with testing-library's waitFor in
test files, which was confusing to read. Rename it to awaitFreshQueries,
which also states the intent more clearly: wait until the listed queries
have refetched fresh data. Updates all call sites, docs and tests.
