test(json): expand regression coverage for \u hex digit lexing

Broaden the backtick regression into the full near-letter-range set:
`\u@bcd`, `\u1G23` and `\u1g23` now also assert InvalidChar. Add a
positive test that every valid hex digit range still parses (0-9, a-f,
A-F) so the new lower-bound check does not over-reject.
