feat(bb_version): trim dev version string; disambiguate dirty builds (#560)

- drop the `g` sha prefix; restore the `-bb-` delimiter
- replace bare `-dirty` with `+<hash4>` (hash of the uncommitted diff) so two
  dirty checkouts at the same sha stay distinguishable
- show `main` instead of the sha when on the main branch (readability)
- bb component on dev builds: pin version (`bb-0.70.3`) when pinned, or
  `bb-main`/`bb-<sha>[+hash4]` when on a floating local symlink; omitted on
  release (tag) builds
- exact decode identity stays in the panic app_sha256 + elf archive, not the
  human-readable string
