Isolate per-project failures in the headless evaluator (#674)

A single project's analysis crash no longer aborts the whole run. Each project's
processing is wrapped per-iteration: the failure is logged with the project name
and stack, its results row is buffered and discarded so results.csv omits it
cleanly (no partial row), and the run ends with a warning status naming every
skipped project (non-zero exit). Surfaced when one subject's Ariadne crash sank
an otherwise-fine corpus run.
