refactor(web): align connection form with current form conventions (#3670)

Bring network/connection-form up to the structure used by the storage
forms: split data mapping into transformations.ts (buildPayload,
toFormValues), validation into validations.ts, and data hooks into
queries.ts, leaving fields.ts as the fields definition.
    
Form.tsx now uses withFrozenQuery to freeze initial data and
useFormSubmit for the submit lifecycle, unifying the new and edit paths
into a single content component.
    
Add unit tests for the extracted transformations and validations
modules.Form.test.tsx keeps one representative validation case per
connection type and points to validations.test.ts for the exhaustive
coverage.
