fix(operator): mirror Redis password env in deploymentNeedsUpdate (#5639)

deploymentForMCPServer appends buildRedisPasswordEnvVar after user
ResourceOverrides env vars, but deploymentNeedsUpdate omitted it from
expectedProxyEnv. MCPServers using Redis session storage with a
passwordRef therefore looked perpetually drifted and were rewritten on
every reconcile.

Mirror the helper at the same position as the construction site and add
a regression test asserting no drift immediately after
deploymentForMCPServer.
