fix: bb_sink_ws log_pump backs off on alloc failure (no WDT spin under OOM) (#558)

- add vTaskDelay(250 ms) on malloc failure in log_pump_task so IDLE
  can run and reset the task watchdog; prevents WDT trigger seen on .81
  when heap pressure caused a tight malloc-fail spin loop
- add BB_SINK_WS_LOG_BACKOFF_MS constant (250 ms) for the delay
- add bb_sink_ws_set_malloc hook (BB_SINK_WS_TESTING) to host impl,
  covering both sink_ws_publish and bb_sink_ws_host_inject_log_line
- add two tests: log-inject malloc-fail returns BB_ERR_NO_SPACE,
  publish malloc-fail returns BB_ERR_NO_SPACE; 100% coverage maintained
