chore: bump decentraland-gatsby to 8.4.6 (native fetch + API.fetch timeout-body fix) (#960)

Bumps decentraland-gatsby from ^8.4.5 to ^8.4.6, which ships native fetch
and the API.fetch timeout-body fix (#1326).

node-fetch was already dropped in favor of the global native fetch on master
(#957); the repo no longer depends on node-fetch/isomorphic-fetch/cross-fetch
and uses no setFetcher override.

Audited every raw server-side fetch call site for undrained native-fetch
response bodies (src/entities/Slack/utils.ts, scripts/test-update-event-auth.ts,
bin/smokeTest.ts). All of them read the body on every path
(.text()/.json()), so there are no leaking discard paths to cancel; no source
changes were needed. src/api/Places.ts uses the gatsby API.fetch wrapper, not
the global fetch.
