Add visible PNG export plan and downloads

Expose a getVisiblePngExportPlan from the histogram export ref and wire it through the chart area and download dropdown so visible panels (venn, histograms, survival) can be exported individually. Implement new download utilities (downloadVisibleChartsAsPng, downloadCanvasAsPng, triggerDownloadFromUrl, safeFilenamePart) and update existing export helpers to be promise-based, accept filename arguments, and return success booleans for robust error handling. Update histogram downloadChart, Kaplan–Meier, risk-table and combined survival exporters to return Promises, support filenames, and optionally suppress alerts. Replace inline Venn canvas-download logic with downloadCanvasAsPng and simplify chart-area PNG trigger to use the visible-export plan. Overall improves modularity and reliability of PNG export flows and user feedback.
