Tweak HistogramPanel modal and radio styles

Adjust spacing and sizing in HistogramPanel styles to improve visual alignment and hit targets. Specific changes: RadioGroup left margin increased (12px → 35px) and RadioLabel font-size raised (13px → 16px); RadioInput margin-top set to 0. In the modal styles: header icon control width reduced (38px → 30px) to tighten header spacing; Tab padding adjusted (added 8px bottom) and inactive tabs given a 5px bottom margin to align the active underline; ModalHeaderContainer given a -10px top margin to vertically align header elements. These are styling/layout tweaks only.
