perf(search): skip unchanged vector reindex during HNSW live writes

Avoid removing and re-adding node vector state when IndexNode sees the
same vector IDs and normalized vector values already present in the active
vector store. Scalar-only updates still refresh labels and fulltext, while
unchanged vectors skip vector store writes, HNSW live/deferred mutation work,
GPU vector updates, and cluster vector updates.

Adds regression coverage for copy-scale same-vector upserts and Graphiti
verbatim-copy scenario coverage.

Benchmark:
- old same-vector HNSW upsert: 56.8-62.0 us/op, ~116 KB/op, 43-45 allocs/op
- new same-vector HNSW upsert: 45.4-48.2 us/op, ~68 KB/op, 38 allocs/op
