chore(test): drop "should" prefixes via should-up + document the convention (#68)

Applied Spotify's should-up to normalize test descriptions to an
assertive, "should"-free style (it('publishes on mount'), not
it('should publish on mount')). should-up (v1.0.0) only conjugates a
fixed verb list, so the verbs it doesn't know (deliver, flush,
reschedule, resubscribe, receive, route, "only …") were normalized by
hand for consistency. Description strings only — no test logic changed,
41 tests still pass.

Documented the convention + should-up for both audiences:
- CLAUDE.md (new) for agents — testing conventions, should-up usage and
  its verb-list limitation, common commands.
- README "Contributing" section for humans.
Noted that Biome can't enforce test-title wording, so it's a convention
(via should-up), not a CI gate.
