fix(bb_board): heap_internal_min_free uses MALLOC_CAP_INTERNAL not DEFAULT (#546)

the field reported the PSRAM minimum (~8MB) on PSRAM boards because it
reused the DEFAULT-cap minimum_ever accessor; added a dedicated internal-cap
accessor (bb_board_heap_internal_minimum_ever) so bb_pub_info emits the
correct SRAM watermark. DEFAULT-cap bb_board_heap_minimum_ever is unchanged
to preserve the back-compat flat /api/info heap_minimum_ever field.
