chore: bump dcl-catalyst-client to v22 to drop node-fetch

v22 replaced cross-fetch/@well-known-components/fetch-component (which
pulled node-fetch@2) with @dcl/fetch-component (native fetch). Its
createLambdasClient now accepts the native @dcl/core-commons fetcher
directly, so the as-unknown-as IWkcFetchComponent cast workaround and the
@well-known-components/interfaces import are no longer needed in the
catalyst-client adapter or its spec.
