perf(storage): reduce tokenized property decode overhead

Replace reflective msgpack Decode(&any) in tokenized property decoding with
typed scalar and homogeneous-array decode paths. This sharply reduces CPU and
allocation pressure for large numeric property arrays such as Graphiti
client-supplied embeddings.

Also make AllNodes cache-aware so repeated broad scans can reuse decoded node
bodies, and normalize numeric property arrays stored in cache copies so cache
hits match decoded embedding shapes.

Benchmarks:
- Graphiti 1024-dim property decode: 67.2us -> 15.3us, 2057 -> 16 allocs
- Node decode: 2.34us -> 1.63us, 47 -> 29 allocs
- Edge decode: 608ns -> 409ns, 19 -> 13 allocs
