fix(cypher,fabric,server): preserve correlated bindings across composite subqueries

Fix correlated subquery evaluation for multi-row composite/Fabric execution.

Changes:
- inherit outer params in internal subquery execution while preserving local overrides
- detect implicit scalar correlation in chained CALL subqueries
- avoid reusing compiled simple-WHERE predicates when Fabric record bindings are row-scoped
- prevent correlated OPTIONAL MATCH aggregate results from bleeding across outer rows
- add regression coverage for implicit correlated optional-aggregate subqueries
