chore: remove dead /api/power,/api/fan,/api/thermal code after /api/sensors consolidation (#553)

- drop fetchPower/fetchFan/fetchThermal exports from api.ts (replaced by fetchSensors)
- remove fetchPower/fetchFan tests from api.test.ts
- strip fetchPower/fetchFan/fetchThermal vi.fn() stubs from vi.mock('../lib/api') in 14 test files
- fix stale comments in routes.c referencing standalone /api/power+/api/fan routes
- update CLAUDE.md API routes table to reflect /api/sensors consolidation

types Power/Fan/Thermal are retained — stores.ts reconstructs them from /api/sensors data
