refactor: read structured heap_internal from /api/info, drop flat heap fields (B1-310) (#558)

- `Info` interface: promote `heap_internal` to required with full shape
  `{ free, total, min_free, largest_block }`; remove `total_heap` / `free_heap`
  (flat fields are being dropped from `/api/info` in bb PR2)
- `Health.free_heap` unchanged — that field belongs to `/api/health`
- `System.svelte`: read `heap_internal.{free,total}` directly; fall back to
  `heap_internal.free` for the live-heap display when `health.free_heap` is absent
- `System.svelte`: add Memory InfoCard surfacing `min_free` and `largest_block`
- fixtures + unit tests: replace flat heap fields with structured `heap_internal`
  in all Info mocks (`System.test.ts`, `otaHelpers.test.ts`, `Update.test.ts`,
  `e2e/fixtures/api.ts`); health mocks (`free_heap`) unchanged
