fix: change password should not be available with SSO (#12376)

## About the changes
Users logged in with SSO or other password-less method, should not be
allowed to change the password. Currently, attempting to do so will
yield a 500 error:

This PR adds both a proper handling in the backend as well as a notice
in the UI.
