fix(postcode): add "please choose" placeholder so users don't grab the first postcode

When the postcode dropdown showed several candidates for a partial postcode,
the first result was pre-highlighted (focusList 0) and a tap/Enter accepted it,
so users frequently selected the wrong (first) postcode rather than their own.

Add an opt-in `chooseLabel` prop to AutoComplete that:
- renders a non-selectable "Please choose..." row at the top of the list, and
- starts with nothing highlighted (focusList -1) so Enter/tap doesn't accept a
  result by accident; typing keeps the placeholder highlighted.

A unique exact match still auto-selects (unchanged doAjax logic), so a fully
typed postcode is accepted automatically. PostCode.vue enables it; all other
AutoComplete consumers are unaffected (prop defaults to '').
