docs: add audit-class regression guards + idiom-sweep runbook (#507)

Encode the three recurring defect classes from the v0.62.0→main audit as CLAUDE.md
rules (Kconfig CONFIG_ bridge; reuse-or-extract shared helpers via discovery, not a
static list; branch coverage on new conditional code) and add a reusable whole-repo
idiom-sweep runbook so cross-file duplication is caught before a release.
