refactor: extract bb_http_req_recv_body_alloc; migrate 3 POST handlers (B1-335) (#506)

- add bb_http_body.h / bb_http_body.c with bb_http_req_recv_body_alloc helper
- helper encapsulates malloc→recv→NUL-terminate; caller retains error→HTTP-status mapping
- BB_HTTP_BODY_TESTING hook allows OOM branch coverage via malloc swap
- migrate telemetry_patch_handler, sensors_patch_handler, nvs_delete_handler
- sensors pre-checks body_len to preserve 400 vs 500 OOM distinction
- 5 new tests cover: happy path, zero body, over-max, recv fail, OOM
