refactor: standardize imports and improve type safety

- Migrated all relative imports to use the `@/` path alias for
consistency.
- Updated `fetch` service responses to use explicit type assertions.
- Enhanced test mocks using `vi.mocked` for better type inference.
- Minor refactors to improve error handling and array initialization.
