chore: refactor ESLint config and TS project structure

- Transitioned to ESLint Flat Config for better extensibility and
maintenance.
- Integrated `eslint-plugin-import-x`, `eslint-plugin-react-perf`, and
`unused-imports` for stricter code quality and automatic cleanup.
- Unified `tsconfig` structure by merging `tsconfig.app.json` into the
root `tsconfig.json`.
- Standardized import ordering and sorting across the codebase.
- Streamlined `vite.config.ts` and updated dependencies.
