fix(search): respect lazy warming for write-side indexing

Keep search write events from starting BuildIndexes when a database is
configured for lazy BM25/vector warming. Queued write mutations now stay
parked without rescheduling flush timers until an explicit warmup build
runs, then replay after the build completes.

Also make the pprof surface unambiguous: remove stale main-server pprof
config/route remnants, document the observability-owned pprof listener,
add a separate benchmark -pprof-url, and expose the optional 9091 port in
Docker images.
