Revert "Remediate orphaned iNat-imported images (#4543) (#4567)" (#4571)

This reverts commit 90ec5a24e.

The #4543 remediation script (script/remediate_orphan_inat_images.rb) and its
driving data file (inat_orphan_reviewed.csv) are one-time artifacts — the
remediation was already run in production. They don't belong on main as
permanent code. The script and CSV remain viewable in the #4567 diff and the
#4543 thread for the record; #4543 stays closed (the work is done).
