fix: reserve more of the lwip socket pool for non-httpd use (TA-385) (#549)

raise CONFIG_BB_HTTP_LWIP_RESERVE 3 -> 5 so 5 of the 12-socket LWIP pool
are reserved for non-httpd connections (MQTT, stratum, transient
outbound), capping httpd at 7. prevents HTTP/SSE load from exhausting the
pool and starving the miner's stratum/MQTT sockets. heap-neutral.
