Add Basic Logging

This commit adds basic logging to the Translation and Transaction paths. In particular, we log before every piece of SQL
is executed and the progress of translating individual entity types. We also log the order of the topologically sorted
commands, as well as errors when it comes to failed transactions and rollbacks. For unit tests, we use a NullLogger.
