No CLI help line starts with '(' + guard test (#139)

Full sweep of the rendered CLI output surface (every command's --help + the
list/reference/error paths) for lines beginning with '('. At the standard
80-column width argparse wraps several help strings so a parenthetical aside
lands at the start of a continuation line; reword those to fold the aside into
the sentence (no parens):
  - shared --predictor / --min-restriction-confidence / --min-cta-tpm /
    --mtec-max-tpm / percentile-cutoff defaults: "(default X)" -> "Defaults to X."
  - hits --mono-allelic-only / --healthy-tissue: drop the "(observed ...)" /
    "(expected for CTAs)" parentheticals.

Adds test_cli_no_leading_parens.py: runs the commands in-process at COLUMNS=80
and asserts no emitted line starts with '(' — guards against regressions.

Bumps 1.22.0 -> 1.22.1.
