ix(cypher): execute WITH-tail relationship vector CALLs and bind rel vars" -m "Fix MATCH ... WITH r CALL db.create.setRelationshipVectorProperty(...) paths where relationship-bound CALL side effects were skipped and rel variables were not rewritten to concrete IDs/properties.

Changes:
- add relationship-aware CALL substitution helper for bound variables
- rewrite first arg for db.create.setRelationshipVectorProperty when bound to a rel var
- execute CALL sections in relationship WITH handler with node/rel scopes
- add deterministic e2e parity regression for node vs relationship vector procedures, including SHOW INDEXES and score assertions
