fix: use float64 for the read_continuous_wave time axis

float32 cannot resolve a 1/samplerate step against a large absolute time
offset: at 10 MHz and t = 100 s the float32 resolution (~1e-5) is far
coarser than the 1e-7 sample step, so adjacent timestamps collapse onto
the same value. _create_time_vector now builds the axis in float64.
