add unit tests across all packages, raising coverage 58.9% to 88.7%

cover the previously-untested root facade, run, transport (cdntoken,
retry helpers, util, DoJSON) and option packages, and top up errs,
queue, realtime, status, stream and upload.

the root facade is exercised end to end via an injected http.RoundTripper
(New hardcodes https:// base URLs, so env redirection to httptest is not
viable); package-level funcs use a test-only default-client seam. realtime
WSConnect/Realtime and stream assert the deterministic invalid-app-id error
path, since websocket.Dial bypasses the injected transport.

maxAttempts and baseDelay become var (from const) so a transport
export_test seam can shrink retry backoff, keeping the suite fast; the
only non-test production change.
