tools: support jbt packages via the goodjbt.json database

Populate goodjbt.json with the jubeat songs decrypted from the asset
collection, keyed by SHA-256. Each entry records key_type (0 iPad,
1 iOS, 2 jubeatskmpledata), artist, and title. infov2 revisions of a
legacy info package carry revision_of so they win the on-device-name
dedup; legacy info entries and US (jukebeat) romaji variants are noted.

Wire deploy-rb to use the database for jbt the same as for rb: validate
by SHA-256 and select the key by key_type. Make keyForEntry type-aware
and move jubeatskmpledata to the last jbt key tried.
