Drop attr-defined ignore via WithChildren type-data mixin (#201)

Introduce a `WithChildren` generic mixin as a common base for all block
type-data classes that carry child blocks. This lets the children cache
and obj_ref assembly narrow the nested value with `isinstance` instead of
`hasattr`, removing the `# type: ignore[attr-defined]` and deduplicating
the repeated `children` field declarations.
