Drop arg-type ignores by fixing rich_text Field placement (#200)

The pydantic mypy plugin inferred `Never` for fields whose `Field()` was
nested inside `Annotated[...]`, which propagated to every block type-data
subclass of `TextBlockTypeData` and forced `# type: ignore[arg-type]` on
their `default_factory` declarations. Moving `Field(default_factory=list)`
out of `Annotated` onto the assignment restores correct inference and lets
all 14 ignores be removed.
