fix: close button quits with tray icon when hide-on-close is off (#1580)

With a system tray icon visible, the application stays alive after the
last window closes (quitOnLastWindowClosed never fires), and Qt's default
close() merely hides the top-level window. The result: closing the window
always appeared to 'hide on close' regardless of the setting.

Quit explicitly in closeEvent's non-hide branch so that disabling
'hide on close' actually exits the app, while the tray menu's Hide/Quit
actions and the hide-on-close path are unaffected.
