refactor(#1511): capture QtPassSettings::load() snapshot in ConfigDialog profile init (#1568) (#1568)

The profile-init loop in ConfigDialog called load() inline as an argument
to UsersDialog, then called isUseGit() separately — hitting the singleton
twice. Capture the result into a local AppSettings, pass the variable to
UsersDialog, and read settings.useGit from it. One fewer singleton call;
snapshot is now the single source of truth for both reads in the block.
