fix(search): address PR review — exclude soft-deleted entrances, extract shared utility

- Filter out soft-deleted entrances in CaveService.updateInSearch (nbEntrances)
- Extract average/filterPositive to api/utils/commentsRating.js (DRY)
- Use computeCommentsRating in EntranceService.updateInSearch (align with dbSync)
- Add comment explaining retained entrances join in cave dbSync
- Add transitional comment for post-deploy cleanup in toSearchResult
- Use != null guard for nbEntrances parsing in importFormater
