docs: correct Pattern Descriptions for Piercing Line, Dark Cloud Cover, and Tweezers

All four were missing conditions the implementation actually enforces, which
causes silent non-detection when users provide data that matches the description
but not the full criteria:

- Piercing Line: add body >= 50% requirement on both candles; note second candle
  closes below (not above) first body's top — prevents confusion with Engulfing
- Dark Cloud Cover: same body requirement; second candle closes above first body's
  bottom — same engulfing distinction
- Tweezers Top/Bottom: add body >= 40% requirement; clarify the 1% tolerance is
  relative to the candles' average range, not the absolute high/low value
