types: add missing paramCount to findPattern, strict to precomputeCandleProps, throwError defaults

- findPattern: add optional paramCount parameter — was missing from types since fix #87 added it to the implementation; TypeScript callers passing an explicit paramCount got a compile error
- precomputeCandleProps: add optional strict parameter — callers using strict mode via utils.precomputeCandleProps(data, true) got a TS error
- validateOHLC / validateOHLCArray: add JSDoc noting throwError defaults to true so callers know omitting it throws on invalid input
