flyscan: UNLIMITED_FRAMES = 500_000 (Eiger rejects larger values)

The Eiger IOC refused to arm cam.num_images = 1_000_000_000 at the
2026-06-16 testing session.  Bisection: 100_000 arms; 999_999 arms;
1_000_000 does NOT arm; 500_000 arms.

500_000 is still 'effectively unbounded' for any realistic flyscan
duration (at the Eiger's max frame rate that's well over an hour
of continuous acquisition).  The boundary-detection logic that
stops the cam still owns when acquisition ends.
