- lower CONFIG_BB_OTA_PUSH_MIN_BPS default from 10240 to 4096 B/s
- update help text: documents deadline derivation (content_len / MIN_BPS
  clamped to [30s, MAX_DURATION_S]), tolerance for ~6 KB/s weak-link
  boards at the 240s ceiling, and guidance on when to lower further
