Upgrade Claude Agent SDK to 0.3.175 (#2102)

* chore: upgrade Claude Agent SDK

Update the daemon SDK dependency to 0.3.175 and resync shared SDK type declarations so local consumers match the installed package.

* fix: handle new SDK stream updates

Honor commands_changed and supersedes messages from SDK 0.3.175, and update the compiled CLI fallback version to keep binary downloads aligned.

* fix: complete SDK 0.3 message handling

Route commands_changed around init-only caching, keep supersedes filtering across paginated prepends, and hide thinking_tokens progress frames from visible transcripts.

* fix: preserve SDK 0.3 runtime state

Keep inherited environment when passing SDK env overrides, retain NeoKai slash commands during SDK command sync, and render model refusal fallback notices.

* fix: align SDK subprocess state

Refresh SDK env after provider credential application, filter daemon port vars and thinking-token rows, and include new SDK tools in the non-native fallback allowlist.

* fix: prefer refreshed provider env

Let provider-mutated process.env override the pre-apply options snapshot when constructing the complete SDK subprocess environment.

* fix: refine SDK message filtering

Keep configured env overrides except for provider-managed keys, filter subagent thinking-token rows, and honor model-refusal retraction UUIDs.

* fix: honor SDK turn state updates

Clear provider-managed env keys removed by credential application, persist model-refusal fallback changes, and defer turn completion until SDK session_state_changed idle.

Keep stateful turns locked until session_state_changed idle, filter state-only frames from transcript windows, and include the onboarding picker in the fallback tool allowlist.
