refactor(search): remove unused arrays from Typesense index and responses

Entrances: remove comments, descriptions, histories, riggings, locations,
documents, names arrays from processRows and updateInSearch. Keep comments
join (slimmed to rating fields only) for commentsRating computation.
Strip cave.exploringOrganizations from search responses.

Caves: remove exploringOrganizations from toSimpleCave converter.
Remove descriptions and documents joins from processRows (not in schema).

Massifs: remove descriptions and documents joins from processRows.
Strip descriptions, documents, networks from search responses.

Documents: remove files join from processRows.
Strip authorsOrganization, files, newFiles, modifiedFiles, deletedFiles
from search responses.

Organizations: strip cavers, documents, exploredEntrances,
exploredNetworks, partnerEntrances, partnerNetworks from search responses.

Update tests to reflect new search document shape.
