feat(device): add serialNumber to devices and label to sensor configurations

- Add serial_number varchar(200) column to t_device
- Add label varchar(300) column to t_sensor_configuration
- Accept and validate both fields in create/update controllers
- Include fields in response converters and Swagger spec
- Index serialNumber in Typesense for searchability
- Update fixtures, route tests, and property tests
