refactor: truncate long page labels in SEO command

Add PAGE_LABEL_MAX_LENGTH (60) and truncatePageLabel() to DoctorSeo to shorten long page labels in the CLI table by keeping the start and end with an ellipsis in the middle. Update table output to use the truncated label. Simplify SeoDoctor success messages for title and meta description lengths to more concise sprintf strings. Add an integration test (testDoctorSeoTruncatesLongPageLabelInTable) that creates a very long page path and asserts the truncated label appears while the full label does not.
