fix: require delimiters on own line in Parser regex

Replace the previous loose front-matter regex with an anchored multiline pattern that requires the opening and closing delimiters to be on their own lines. This prevents accidental matches when file content contains '---', '+++', or '-->' sequences. The new pattern uses multiline mode and explicit horizontal-space/linebreak tokens for more robust and predictable parsing; the regex101 reference was updated accordingly.
