feat(ui): implement Phase 4 - Agent Module Refactoring

- Create yoker/agent/ package with core.py, agent.py, processing.py, tools.py
- Move AgentCore to yoker/agent/core.py
- Refactor ContextManager to extend UserList
- Add BasicContextManager and PersistenceContextManager
- Remove Agent session lifecycle (begin_session/end_session)
- Remove SessionStartEvent and SessionEndEvent
- Update all imports across codebase and tests
- Delete old yoker/base.py and yoker/agent.py

Tasks: UI-025 through UI-034 complete
