feat(compose): reject items/bodies with no descriptive words (numbers, prices, punctuation)

Extends the existing numeric-only block on item names and descriptions to any
value that carries no descriptive letters — a bare number, a price, decimals,
thousands separators, or punctuation/symbols on their own ("123", "12.50", "£5",
"1,000", "!!!"). Anything containing a letter of any script ("3 chairs", "café",
"стол") still posts fine, so non-English descriptions are unaffected.

Implemented by broadening the shared core (now: trimmed value contains no
\p{L} letter) which flows through both isNumericOnlyItem and isNumericOnlyBody;
callers and the public API are unchanged. Messages updated to mention symbols.
